To your surprise, I used to freak out every time we had to read a book at the secondary school even though I liked reading but no one taught me how to read “for real”. Until I studied linguistics at the university of Sussex when everything made sense. The in-depth learning on how scientific texts are systematically written has helped coming up with the reading guide.
